1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• Contact details you provide: name, phone, email, company or brand, LINE ID and WeChat ID
• Product information: product names, details, photos and documents you send us to review
• Search terms on the TIS Check page: recorded to improve the information on our website. If you enter your details to view results, your search term is recorded with your contact details
• Messages you send us by LINE, WeChat, phone or email

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not collect sensitive data such as religion, health or biometric data.

3. How we use your data

• To contact you, answer questions and assess product requirements at your request
• To propose an approach, scope of work and fees
• To provide the services we agree on, such as coordinating testing and applications
• To improve the content and information on our website using search statistics

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, to take steps at your request before or under a contract, and for our legitimate interests in improving our services (such as search statistics).

5. Disclosure

We never sell, rent or trade your data. We may share only what is necessary with:

• Service providers that store and receive data for us, such as Google (Google Sheets, Gmail), Formspree (form handling) and our web hosting provider
• Testing laboratories, manufacturers or relevant authorities, only when necessary to provide the service you requested
• Government authorities, when required by law

Some providers may store data on servers outside Thailand with appropriate data protection standards.

6. Retention

We keep contact details for no longer than 2 years from your last contact if you do not use our services. For clients, we keep data as long as needed to provide the service and as required by law. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, correct it, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the email above. We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have not complied with the law, you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

8. Browser storage

The TIS Check page remembers in your browser (Local Storage) that you have already entered your details, so you won't be asked again. You can clear this in your browser settings. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address to deliver the font files.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
